We work to find the right product or solution for the application and your business. If it’s not something we currently stock, we’ll make that change real fast.
In short, you can view us as a consultant to identify and remove unnecessary costs from your business. The “invoice” price is only part of the equation. Labor, cost of inventory, supply chain management, sustainability, damages, and ergonomics are just a few of the operational or soft costs that intersect with these products.

FlexPAC’s Process:
Operational Analysis - Introduction to your operations, challenges, upcoming changes, and goals. Usually, this includes a tour.
Return Report - Either onsite or a formal document reviewed together after the initial meeting. We will put together a list of potential gaps & areas with excess cost along with the estimated costs. YOU decide what it makes sense to start with.
Validation Process - Switching a product or process isn’t something to be left to chance. We’ll establish criteria for a succesful trial and ensure the solution works in real-time.
Strategic Rollout - Poor implementation will lengthen the ROI. Together, we’ll determine a realistic timeline, communicate requirements, and develop project management roles across both companies.
Elevation Review - it’s one thing to promise something and another to hold ourselves accountable. On a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, we will review together. That includes: documenting operational cost changes, actively welcoming feedback (positive & engative), sharing new innovations, and creating a roadmap to grow together.
