Hello, my name is Nathan Buell and in May 2026, decided to start writing The Yield Report. My goal for this is to share operational insights regarding packaging, safety, and janitorial/sanitation products & best practices with as many people as possible.
I'm a 2016 Purdue University graduate and a proud father and husband. In my personal time, I love practicing jiu jitsu, golf (the very few opportunities I’m able to spare half a day lol), and spending time with my family.
I very much fell into not just sales, but also the packaging, safety, and janitorial/sanitation industry. I've worked for companies ranging from a massive Fortune 100 corporation to a tiny five-person business, but have really settled at FlexPAC.
What drives me is working on projects that drive operational cost out of my customers' businesses — whether that's redesigning a package to increase efficiency, increasing sustainability while keeping costs low, or automating processes to help offset rising labor costs.
